Shipping
Orders are shipped within three days via USPS Priority mail (when possible using flat rate prices).

I can ship internationally, please contact me to arrange international shipments. I prefer to use Priority International because it has a tracking number, but not all countries scan packages. I can use First Class International mail for lower priced items but I recommend Priority for anything over $100.00 USD for insurance reasons.
Returns
I will gladly accept returns postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery. The items should be returned in the original packing materials, in the same condition as when I sent them.
The cost of shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the fault for return is mine (ex: the wrong item is sent, or the item I sent is damaged )
Items purchased as Clearance items cannot be returned. Sales on clearance items are final.
Policies
LAYAWAY or INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS. To make life easier and less frustrating for all, I don't offer this option.
NO RESERVED ITEMS. Experience has shown that buyers promise they'll buy the reserved item, then they vanish or they continue shopping around and find something else. In the meantime, preventing others from purchasing the item.
NO DISCOUNTS. I price my creations fairly. Because I haven't the costs associated with brick & mortar stores, traveling and setting up at craft shows, or paying for staff, some of my items may well be priced less than comparable items offered here or on other sites. Talent, ideas, work, time and materials are worth A FAIR WAGE. There's no underpaid assembly line churning out handcrafted items. It is just me creating them one at a time
NO SALES. I rarely have sales, I find it is unfair to those who buy an item previous to the sale. That said, I might on occasion create a Clearance category if I need to make room in the shop for new times.
